Returns, Exchange & Refunds
Return policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy does not apply on customised products which have been created as per specifications received for e.g., T Shirts or Caps with print/ embroidery chosen by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@specops.in If your return is approved, we will organise collection of the product. This process may take up to 7 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
1. Customised products: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customised products (such as special orders or personalized items like T Shirts, Caps, and Name tabs with names written on it). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
2. Articles bought on Sale: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can request a size or colour change after you have received the product. Personalized products are not eligible for exchange or return, for e.g., T-shirts or Hoodies where the name of an individual or logo is printed or embroidered. We are unable to exchange such products since we will not be able to resell them to any other customer.

Once your request for exchange is confirmed we will organise collection from your address and shipment of the new product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
