PROCESSING
1. Orders are processed Mon – Saturday (excluding Holidays).
2. Orders received before 12 PM on any working day will be processed the same day.
3. Orders will not be processed on Sundays and Holidays.

DISPATCH
1. Processed orders are dispatched the next working day.
2. Our Delivery partners deliver goods on all days except Holidays.

TRACKING
1. Every shipment will receive a Tracking ID via SMS / Email from our Shipping Partners.
2. The tracking ID can be used to track the shipment on the Order Status page or on the shipping partners website.
3. Shipments to APO Addresses will have limited tracking.

DELIVERY
1. Delivery time will depend on the destination, it is our constant endeavour to ensure speedy delivery of your favourite products. Delivery time can be ascertained while placing the order based on your pin code.
2. Delivery time to APO addresses cannot be ascertained.
3. Delays in delivery will not impact on the return or exchange timeline. The period will begin after delivery of goods.
